"I regained
what childbirth had taken from me in only two weeks! Let me share my experience with the FPT. I am 38,
married for 15 years and have two children. After the birth of my first child I religiously practiced
Kegels for 14 years every day. Because of my disciplined routine I felt that my physical condition
could not be better. I began to use the FPT, but I was convinced it would not help me because, after
all, I was in great shape. I tried it more out of curiosity.
The FPT provides a simple but accurate test to measure
how much strength you have. No problem, I will pass it with flying colors. To my surprise, the first time
I tried the test I could not hold the FPT, even for one second. I was astonished. I knew my muscles were
in great shape, but the simple test proved that I had definitely lost muscle tone.
The first week I used the FPT three times for 5 minutes
each time. At the end of one week I could hold it for 5 seconds! I knew at that point that it was working.
After two weeks (only 6 five-minute sessions) my husband began to notice a stronger grip. I continued to
exercise about 3 times a week and my strength just continued to increase. About 3 weeks into the program
sex was suddenly and dramatically changed. Upon penetration my muscles automatically contracted and I
began experiencing a low orgasm for the entire duration of intercourse. This of course was followed by
multiple highs that words can not describe.
After exercising for two months I
still continue to increase in strength and sexual
stimulation, and I am looking forward to what is to
come. Recently my husband stated that I was actually in
better shape than before having children. Imagine how
that makes me feel! What a great compliment! It was
great to discover that I could regain what I had lost
due to childbirth, and I look forward to what the future
brings."
P.S. Age 38 with 2 children
A recent survey has indicated that 94% of Americans, male and female,
would be interested in increasing sexual enjoyment. I feel sure you and your spouse feel the same way.
Unfortunately "diminished stimulation effect" is quietly robbing
loving couples of the ability to achieve Deep Touch Stimulation.
Before I show you how to regain Deep Touch Stimulation, let me ask
you a few questions that may be a little difficult to answer. Please be honest with your answers.
Are you 100% satisfied with sex or would you be interested in making
it better? After having children or as you mature, have you ever asked your spouse if there is less
stimulation during intercourse? In other words is the vaginal embrace as firm as it once was before
children? Do you regularly achieve orgasm or have multiple orgasms during sex, or is it just something
you wish for? Since having children do you notice that intercourse is "just different" in some slight
way? If you have honestly answered yes to any of these questions don’t feel embarrassed or disappointed.
Everyone experiences "diminished stimulation effect" during her life.
Let me ask you this. If your car began to sputter and you were afraid
it was going to quit any minute, would you give it a good wash and wax to make it run better? If you
had to hold a book at arms length just to read the words, would you change your socks? Well, of
course not! You would deal with the "Foundation" of the problem and have the engine fixed or your
eyes checked. Strong pelvic muscles are the foundation for maximum sexual stimulation.
Hundreds of books, tapes, videos and magazine articles claim to
have the key to better sex. Doctors, councilors and sex therapists specialize in changing the love
lives of couples while making a handsome salary for themselves. However, rarely do these professionals
deal with the True Foundation of better sex. Why? Until now there was no reasonably effective way to
improve the “foundation” so they concentrated on areas they could manage.
The True Foundation for ultimate Deep Touch
Stimulation While orgasmic pleasure may sweep the entire body, it always begins in the pelvic
area. To be more specific, it begins with the pelvic muscles called the pelvic floor. At first glance
it may appear that sexual stimulation originates with the clitoris but this is not necessarily the
case. In fact, many of the nerves responsible for sexual stimulation are located deep within the
pelvic floor muscles surrounding the vagina. These "deep touch" nerves are directly responsible for
the degree of sexual stimulation a woman experiences. During intercourse the pelvic floor muscles
are responsible for the firmness of the vaginal embrace and also contract or spasm during an orgasm.
If you would like to experience Deep Touch Stimulation, you must begin with the condition of the
pelvic floor muscles, the true foundation.
It is ironic that two of the most natural processes in
a woman’s life, childbirth and natural aging weaken or relax the pelvic floor. As this
relaxation occurs it may feel as though there is insufficient contact between the penis and vagina
when in fact the "deep touch" nerves have lost their ability to sense pressure. At this point more
and more stimulation (often artificial) is necessary to remain "satisfied". This lack of sensation
is known as "Hypesthesic Syndrome" which literally means lack of feeling. In other words the nerves
that must sense pressure to be stimulated have become desensitized over time due to the natural
relaxation of the pelvic floor.
Once pelvic relaxation begins it is impossible to achieve
total Deep Touch Stimulation unless the process is reversed.
I’m sure you know someone who has lost a certian amount of hearing.
Normally this takes place over a period of years. They probably didn’t even realize there was a
problem until a loved one said something and took them for a hearing test. When the loss was corrected,
they began to hear sounds they had forgotten existed. It was like a whole new world unfolding. Unlike
hearing problems that don’t usually become severe until later in life, "Hypesthesic Syndrome"
can begin after the first child is born. Both couples initially notice that the vaginal embrace is
relaxed or "just different" but pay little attention. As years pass by and more children
are born the sexual differences become greater but unfortunately, are rarely discussed. "Hypesthesic
Syndrome" has quietly changed sensations from breathtaking to just a whisper.
Pelvic Relaxation can ONLY be reversed by strengthening the
Pelvic muscles. For 50 years, the American medical community has known that strong pelvic
muscles increase sexual enjoyment and improve personal control. Millions of women are told to do Kegel
exercise, but very few actually do them because they take too much time and the results are often
disappointing.
The FPT enhances this medical knowledge, and it is
simple, effective and available in the privacy of your home. The actual exercise takes as little as
5 minutes several times a week. 5 minutes is so little to ask for the amazing benefits the FPT brings.
Once you have reversed pelvic relaxation, maintaining the youthful tone should only take a few minutes
a month. There is no other product, method or medical procedure on the market that can increase your
strength as quickly or to the degree that weight resistance training with the FPT offers.
