"Ladies, may I introduce the PC muscle! Believe
me I’m not overstating my case when I say the new era
of sexual fulfillment for women has arrived, heralded
by the orgasmic potential of this one very special muscle.
It is the muscle that defines orgasm."1

DISCOVER YOUR SENSUAL POTENTIAL
THE
PLEASURE PARADOX
As far back as 1948, in his landmark study, "Sexual
Behavior in the Human Female," biologist Alfred Kinsey
first pinpointed what may be a woman’s primary problem
in achieving a coital climax: "The vagina itself should
be the center of sensory stimulation, and this, as we
have seen, is a physical and physiological impossibility
for nearly all females."2
Seemingly substantiating
the Kinsey study, feminist Shere Hite, in her 1976 "Nationwide
Study of Female Sexuality," reported that 70% of women
have at some time in their lives been unable to achieve
orgasm3.
Her 1987 update, "The Hite Report on Women and Love:
A Cultural Revolution in Progress," expounded on that
observation with the startling – and highly controversial
-- revelation that 98 percent of American women found
their sex lives lacking.4
More recently, sex
researcher and therapist Dr. Edward Eichel, inventor
of the Coital Alignment Technique for achieving female
orgasm put the figure at closer to 92%.
Whatever the figure,
most researchers agree that a large part of the female
coital climax problem lies with weak pubococcygeus (PC)
muscles. "Women with weak PC muscles," says Beverly
Whipple, R.N., PhD, "have one third as many climaxes
as those with strong ones."5
Researchers and
analysts further agree that the solution to the problem
lies primarily in strengthening the PC muscles:
"The more ‘in shape’ your vagina is, the more intense
your partner’s (and your own) pleasurable sensations
can be during intercourse."

"The PC muscle group, which supports the pelvic
floor is the one that spasms when you have an orgasm.
If it’s in good shape, more blood will flow to the pelvic
area during arousal and the PC will contract more strongly,
making orgasms last longer and feel more intense."

The fact is, strong
PC muscles not only enhance the vaginal and clitoral
climax, they also play a vital role in intensifying
what many believe to be the most gratifying female orgasm
of all: the G-Spot climax.
As early as 1944,
German obstetrician and gynecologist Ernst Grafenberg
described a "zone of erogenous felling" that was "located
along the suburethral surface of the anterior vaginal
wall." Doctors John Perry, Beverly Whipple, and Alice
Ladas later dubbed the erogenous zone the "Grafenberg,
or G, Spot."6
The G-Spot is actually
a bean-shaped mass of nerve tissue located about halfway
between the back of the pubic bone and the top of the
cervix. It is considered by many to be the focal point
of female sexual arousal.
The fact is, manipulation
of the G-Spot is the key to a phenomena known as "female
ejaculation." When properly stimulated, the G-Spot induces
several cc's of milky fluid (similar to prostatic fluid)
to shoot out of the uretha in what most women describe
as an extremely and uniquely intense orgasm.7
And just as with
the vaginal and clitoral climaxes, a strong and healthy
PC is essential to a successful climax. It is, in fact,
the muscle which contracts to cause the G-Spot orgasm.
Clearly, what women
now need to know is the safest, simplest, and quickest
way to strengthen the PC muscles and – in the words
of Dr. Barbara Keesling – "have your explosive climax
at the beginning of intercourse, or wait till your partner
is on the verge of orgasm or have multiple explosive
orgasms or have it all!"

THE FPT
Simply put, the Feminine Personal Trainer (FPT) is the
most effective tool for strengthening the PC muscles
on the market today. Safe, simple, quick, and convenient,
the FPT can produce remarkable results in as little
as 20 minutes per week, in just 21 days.
It may be the key
to helping millions of women nationwide resolve The
Pleasure Paradox and achieve sexual ecstasy.
Based on years of
extensive research and efficacy testing, the FPT is
the first true weight resistance product for reconditioning
the PC muscles. No other product employs the proven
proficiency of incremental weight lifting to produce
quick and lasting results.
Even though physicians
routinely prescribe Kegels, practically speaking, Kegel
exercise is too inefficient to be effective. The reason
is clear: Kegels obligate women to 300 contractions
a day and require months before producing results. Facing
such frustration, most women simply give up.
By adding incremental
weight resistance to the mix, the FPT truncates the
time and eliminates the frustration.
The primary problem
with Kegels is that they are isometric; the PC muscles
simply exercise against themselves. It is similar to
repeatedly curling one’s arm. Continuing the exercise
long enough will eventually strengthen the bicep. But
the process will be extremely slow and the results all
but immeasurable.
Add a weight to
the process, and the bicep builds far more quickly,
with obvious results. Incrementally increase the weight,
and the bicep continues to build in size and strength.
The FPT adds incremental
weight training to the PC exercise regimen – and produces
remarkable results within just three weeks.
The FPT is partially
inserted into the vagina and held in place using the
pelvic floor muscles. As the 16-ounce FPT is gently
lifted with each contraction, the force of gravity pulling
it downward generates resistance.
The five-minute
exercise is performed in a relaxed sitting position,
thereby supporting the back while isolating the pelvic
floor muscles. The sitting position also allows the
user to customize the weight of the product and regulate
the intensity of the exercises. By adjusting the sitting
angle the effective weight of the FPT becomes incrementally
variable, from 0% to 100%.
As the weight increases,
the PC tightens, and sexual pleasure intensifies for
the female and male alike.
