Placing
your order
You can place your order by using one of the following
methods:

server is owned and operated by a Fortune 500 service
provider. You can place your order and pay for it
with a credit card. Your data is accepted by a state-of-the-art
Oracle database in a highly secure, firewall protected
data center that operates 24/7. |

Place your order by calling our order line.
Dial 1-800-867-3726 and talk to one of our company
sales representatives, who will answer your questions
and take your order. You will need to have a credit
card to pay for your order. |

Place your order by fax. Print out our
order form. Fill in the requested information including
your credit card information, and fax it to our
company using the fax number on the form. |

Send your order in by using the mail. (i.e.,
the U.S. Postal Service) Print out our order form.
Fill in the requested information including your
credit card information, and mail it to our company
using the address on the form. With this method,
you may use a credit card or send a check or money
order. Please do not send cash through the mail. |
In all of these examples we will accept your order, process
your method of payment, pack the order, and ship it the
same day the payment is processed. For an order to be
shipped, some form of payment must be received. We do
not bill accounts.
International
orders
We ship all international orders by FedEx International
Priority. FedEx estimates that most orders to large
overseas cities will take 2 to 5 days. The shipping
cost for Canada and Mexico is approximately USD $19.00,
and to most other countries, approximately USD $29.00.
If you place an order requiring international shipping,
you will be given a chance to select the appropriate
shipping rate during order entry. Shipping costs are
not refundable.
Packaging
Your FPT OR MPT will arrive in either a FedEx box or
a plain white or brown shipping carton. The label on
the box will only display your name and address, and
a return address for Ralston Group.
Delivery
time
We will process your order in 1 to 4 business days.
As soon as your order is processed, it will take FedEx
2-7 days to reach most locations within the United States.
Confidentiality
and privacy policy
All personally identifying information is protected
and secured.
All information
provided verbally or in written form to our employees
is held in strict confidence. We will not release any
personally identifying information to anyone unless
required by federal, state or legal decree.
We promise never
to rent, sell or trade your name, e-mail address or
any other information we have about you to another company.

If for any reason the purchaser is unhappy with this
product, the produce can be returned (at customer’s
expense) within 60 days of purchase for a complete refund
of the purchase price. The cost of shipping (i.e., FedEx
charges) is not refundable. If you are unhappy with
the size and want to exchange it for a different size,
we will exchange the unit under the following terms
and conditions.

it to be?
The Ralston Group products are physical therapy exercise
devices designed to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles
of men and women.
Is
the FPT OR MPT a medical device?
Yes. The Ralston Group products have been registered
with the FDA as class II medical device and adhere to
the applicable rules and laws governing such devices.
What
are the hygienic or sanitary aspects of such a product?
The Ralston Group products are made from surgical quality
stainless steel and then polished to a mirror finish.
The units can be sterilized if necessary. A complete
set of cleansing instructions comes with each unit.
Does
the product have the capability to do physical damage
to the body?
Not that we know. Doctor’s offices and physical therapy
clinics as well as individuals at home have used the
Ralston Group products, and we have never received a
complaint of injury. The products are relatively small
when compared to average human anatomy, and the exercise
is gentle, gradual and easy to perform.
How
durable is the FPT OR MPT?
The Ralston Group products are made from the finest
surgical quality stainless steel and with proper care
will last a lifetime. Always wash your unit with soap
and warm water before and after each use and dry with
a paper towel. Do not allow the unit to contact hard
or rough surfaces as this may scratch or ding the unit.

Do not use FPT™ OR MPT™ during the following situations
or periods:

If you have or suspect a vaginal or urinary infection. |

During or immediately after intercourse. |

During your menstrual cycle. |

If you experience any pain while inserting the

If you do not understand the procedures outlined
in the manual. |
